VELP-220V Series

Our product is a Low Static Ducted Fan Coil VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) unit, a highly efficient HVAC system designed to provide optimal comfort with minimal noise. This VRF unit uses advanced technology to precisely control the amount of refrigerant flowing to multiple evaporators (fan coil units), enabling individual climate control for different zones. The “low static” aspect means it operates under lower pressure, making it suitable for installations with less demanding airflow requirements, like residential or small commercial spaces. With a slim profile of just 210mm, this unit is specifically designed to fit into rooms with low suspended ceilings. It delivers impressive performance with features reducing noise down to 24 dB(A), such as a large airflow centrifugal fan blade, dislocated vane distribution, and a high-efficiency, low-noise motor with rubber ring isolation. It also comes with a standard wired controller and an optional wireless feature for flexible control options.

Flexible Installation

The air return method can be adapted to the specifics of the installation. It can either be from the rear or the bottom of the system, depending on spatial constraints and airflow requirements at the installation site.

Big Air Flow Low Noise Centrifugal Fan Wheel

This ducted unit series features a large airflow, low noise centrifugal fan blade, integrated with a specialized air tunnel system. Unique shock absorption measures further reduce operational noise. The result is an impressively quiet operation, producing noise as low as 24 dB(A). This ensures users can enjoy comfort and uninterrupted sleep.

Resin Material Fan Wheel

The fan wheel of this system is made from a special resin material.

Dislocation Distribution Fan Louvers

The vanes of this system are strategically distributed in a dislocated manner. This design offsets sound waves, effectively reducing noise generation.

High Efficiency Motor

The system features a high-efficiency, low-noise motor. The motor and its support frame are isolated with rubber rings, which can absorb vibrations, resulting in further noise reduction.

Air Inlet Fan Wheel

The fan wheel casing’s air inlet features an arch curved design. This design minimizes air flow disturbances, allowing for smoother flow, which in turn, reduces noise levels.

DC Motor

The unit comes standard with a DC motor. DC motors offer several advantages, including higher energy efficiency, quieter operation, and improved speed control. By utilizing a DC motor, the unit can deliver enhanced performance while consuming less power. The use of a DC motor also contributes to a quieter and more comfortable indoor environment by reducing operational noise levels.

Slim Body, Easy to Install

With a slim body standing at a height of 210mm, this system is particularly suitable for rooms with low suspended ceilings.

Plenum Box

A plenum box is an essential part of the HVAC system, often attached to the ducted units. It functions as a junction between the air conditioning system and the ductwork, evenly distributing cooled or heated air throughout the connected ducts.

Electronic Expansion Valve

An EXV Box, or an Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) Box, is a component of an HVAC system. It regulates the amount of refrigerant flowing into the evaporator coil based on cooling load or heating demand. The EXV responds to changes in temperature, pressure, or both to ensure the system’s efficiency and comfort levels are maintained.

Controller Type

This system comes with a standard wired controller for reliable, direct control. In addition, an optional wireless controller feature is available. This provides added convenience, allowing users to manage the system’s settings remotely, without the need for a physical connection to the unit. This wireless option enhances user comfort and flexibility in controlling the HVAC system.
