Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required. 2 Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable: Products marked as "Final Sale." Custom or special-order items. Used or installed products. HVAC systems or parts damaged due to improper installation. 3 Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Contact Us: Email info@otecomega.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Package the Item: Securely repackage the product in its original packaging. Include the RA number and proof of purchase in the package. Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided by our support team.
