HVAC systems or parts damaged due to improper installation.

Package the Item:
Securely repackage the product in its original packaging.
Include the RA number and proof of purchase in the package.
Ship the Item:
Send the item to the return address provided by our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
